At EnergieLab.store, customer safety and product integrity are our top priorities. Due to the nature of health and dietary supplements, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Why Returns Are Not Accepted

Health supplements are consumable products and are highly sensitive to:

• Contamination

• Tampering

• Improper storage after delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Exceptions

Returns may only be considered if:

• You received the wrong product, or

• The product was damaged during transit

In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging
